Kader Lassina Touré

DRAMATURGY

Touré began acting at a very young age in Côte d'Ivoire in 1989 under the direction of his brother Allassane Touré, before joining the Compagnie Nationale de Théâtre et de Danse de la Côte d'Ivoire in 1994, under the direction of Alexis Don Zigre. He continued his training at the Binkadi-so theatre school (la Cour de l'harmonie), finishing at the Conservatoire National Supérieur d'Art Dramatique (CNSAD) in Paris. During his studies, he crossed paths with directors Marie-José Hourantier, Patrick Janvier and Christophe Merle.

With Fargass Assandé, Eva Doumbia, Gustave Akakpo and Cédric Brossard, he toured extensively on the African continent, where he also engaged in training actors.

In Europe, he performed at the Théâtre Vidy-Lausanne and the MC93 in Bobigny with Nkenguegi by Dieudonné Niangouna (2016), at the Théâtre de l'Odéon in Paris with Que ta volonté soit Kin by Aristide Tarnagda (2021), and at the Festival d'Avignon and the Théâtre National de la Colline (2018-2021) in the trilogy Points de non-retour by Alexandra Badea.

His TV and cinema credits films directed by Christophe Gros-Dubois, Brigitte Rouan, Eliane de Latour, Arnaud Mercadier and Jerôme Corniau.

He is also regularly assisting directors with the documentation of social issues relating to the African continent.
