Bila Fatoumata Yoda

INTERPRÈTE, CHORÉGRAPHE

Born in 2000 in Abobo (Abidjan), where she lives and works, Bila Yoda is an Ivorian dancer, performer, and choreographer. She holds a master’s degree in Dance and Choreography at the INSAAC and is also the founder of the Bil’Art dance company.

Her career has been marked by an active presence in local events, notably Wozo Vacances, L’Afrique a un Incroyable Talent, and Variétoscope, as well as the official opening ceremonies of the Ebimpé Stadium and the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations. She has also distinguished herself on stages dedicated to contemporary dance, such as MASA and the Un Pas Vers l’Avant Festival.

Bila has enriched her practice through collaboration with dance figures, such as Georges Momboye, Sanga Ouattara, Nikoko Hermann, Ange Aoussou-Dettmann, and Aminata Traoré.
